City Planning Commission regarding Governors Island Rezoning – Another post-hearing followup will take place at the City Planning Commission (CPC) on 3/1 at 1:00PM (for CPC agendas and meeting details click HERE). It is expected that CPC will vote on this application during their 3/17 session. Afterwards, the ULURP application will move to the City Council who is expected to hold a hearing sometime in April.
